NucPred - multiple sequences

NucPred looks at sequence patterns and sequence composition and predicts if a protein spends at least part of its time in the nucleus. It also gives a colour-coded estimation of the per-residue contribution to the protein's nuclear localisation. In multiple sequence mode, each sequence is analysed separately and then displayed together in a ClustalW multiple sequence alignment.

Example query: Probable RNA-binding protein 25 (with orthologues)
